This section describes how Tattoo.Shop, part of Shops Platform, operated by Endpoint Systems LLC, collects and uses the mobile phone numbers you provide, and applies to all SMS/text-message communications sent through tattoo.shop.
When you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to text messages, we collect that number, your consent record (date, time, and the method of opt-in), and the content and delivery status of the messages we exchange with you.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you have asked for — such as appointment and order confirmations, reminders, payment links, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional offers. We use a text-messaging service provider (currently Omnisend, and Twilio for transactional messages) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.
No mobile information — including your phone number, opt-in, or consent — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing described in this policy. We share your number only with the SMS service providers named above, strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
